Joyce Holland is an award-winning, full-time REALTOR who has been making her client’s dreams a reality for over 18 years.

A longtime resident of Stephenville, Joyce sells residential, farm & ranch and commercial properties in the Cowboy Capital of Texas – Stephenville, Huckabay, Morgan Mill, Dublin, and the surrounding areas.  Specializing in First Time Home Buyers, Investment Properties and Residential, Joyce has the expertise necessary to assist her clients as they realize their real estate goals.

Joyce believes that education is paramount and frequently attends training in order to stay on the cutting edge of her industry.  She graduated from Dublin High School; attended Tarleton State University (TSU) and received her degree from Abilene Christian University (ACU) with a B.S. in Food, Nutrition & Dietetics.  A first-class education paired with years of learning in the field has earned Joyce many awards such as “Best Real Estate Agent 2013”, Stephenville Empire-Tribune Reader’s Choice Awards.

As a member in good standing of the Stephenville Association of Realtors (SAOR), Joyce served as 2011 President, Texas Association of Realtors (TAR) and  National Association of Realtors (NAR) in addition to the North Texas Multiple Listing Service (MLS).

Joyce has helped the community by volunteering and donating to Habitat for Humanity.

In her free time, Joyce enjoys visiting historical landmarks across the country and attending Johnsville church of Christ.
