Biography

Royce has been a licensed REALTOR for over 31 years and has experience in all types of real estate sales and purchases of residential properties, land and commercial properties.

Royce has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Tarleton State University as well as post graduate studies at Tarleton, Texas A & M Commerce, Baylor University and Midwestern State University. He has 13 years of experience in education as a teacher and administrator. He is a life member of Texas Industrial Vocational Association and has been involved in the construction industry for over 60 years.

Royce is a proud member of the Texan Club and as a realtor has been a multi- million dollar producer for several years.
