After a really lazy, ultimately failing, torture-fest with a realtor on selling our home in Fort Worth last year, I was not sure I was ready for another go when selling my mom's place in Stephenville. but.... Joyce was awesome! While I was expecting to have to go back to Texas to clean and "stage" things a bit, Joyce got it done without even asking. And a week later it was sold at a great price.. Just blown away at the difference Joyce made. Wow.
